Shipping policy

Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. 

TRM Exclusives dispatches all packages from the United Kingdom using a tracked and signed service with Royal Mail.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order, as well as the destination address. 

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over £50.

  • Free express shipping is available for orders over £150. 

Delivery updates with tracking information will be sent via email so you are kept informed on your order as soon as it's placed.

TRM Exclusives will not be responsible for parcels that go missing due to incorrect shipping address given.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring you receive your products in good condition.

In the rare event that an order is lost or misrouted, please notify us immediately, here. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to investigate the issue. However, once the order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that occurs after the delivery.

TRM Exclusives is not responsible for parcels that are not collected from the Post Office in the time-frame given on the courier website. These items will not be 'returned to sender' as our address will not be written on or inside parcels for obvious security reasons.

While we take every measure to ensure a smooth shipping process, delays, lost, or misrouted orders caused by third-party shipping carriers are outside of our control, and we cannot be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages resulting from these circumstances. Additionally, we are not liable for any supplementary costs incurred by the customer due to delayed, lost, or misrouted orders, including but not limited to expedited shipping fees, storage costs, or any other related expenses. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


International Postage

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
